Frequently Asked Questions
How Do I Place An Order?
Search through our inventory and select the items you would like to rent for you upcoming production or event! Follow the "Contact" link at the top right of the menu bar, and input the requested information in the form on the page. Someone from our offices will contact you within 24 hours (in many cases, less than 12) to finalize all details. This will most likely NOT include a shipping quote, which could take up to 36 hours after the initial contact is made. If the terms of the rental and shipping quote are agreeable, a contract will be emailed to you for signature. A security deposit must be made at the time of the contract submission, and shipping fees must be paid within ten (10) days of the quote in order to avoid increases in cost.

What About Security Deposits, Payment, and Shipping?
Full payment for any rental must be remitted prior to shipping. In addition to your rental, a security deposit must be remitted as well. This amount is determined by the total items rented and will be quoted to you with the initial rental quote. This security deposit can EITHER be included in your full payment, and will be refunded upon the return and inspection of the rentals (provided no damage has been incurred), OR it may be sent in a different check, which will be held and only deposited should the rentals be returned in a condition lesser than they were sent.
S.E.T.S. has partnered with two national shipping companies which allows us to ship at a far cheaper expense than most companies would offer. If you perform within 100 miles of our warehouse (in Rossville, GA), you may arrange to pick the rentals up personally, so long as they are transported in a covered carrier (ergo no pickups or flatbed trailers.) You are also welcome to acquire your own shipping quote and company, but they must be insured, and you will be responsible for any delays in shipping return or delivery (i.e. if your company does not deliver on time, or if they take an additional week to return your rental, S.E.T.S. will not refund your rental amount, and you will be responsible for payment of any additional time your rentals are out of our possession.) Shipping quotes are given based on the location your rentals will be shipped to, when you would like them delivered, and whether or not the facility has a loading dock. Should you like to locate your own shipping company or quote, the address your rentals must be picked up from and returned will be listed on your invoice.
​What Are My Payment Options?
Credit Cards can be taken by phone; however, such transactions will incur an additional 4.5% cents transaction fee. Business or certified checks (no personal checks accepted) may be sent to the address on your invoice.

Do You Give Refunds?
Once payment has been remitted to S.E.T.S., requests for refunds must be made thirty (30) days prior to the agreed upon shipping date. Should such a refund be required, your security deposit will be forfeited if included in your full payment, or deposited if sent by separate check.
​What Happens If I Need To Extend My Rental?
Contact us immediately. Chances are that one or more of your rental items have already been rented by another company. We will do our very best to accommodate you, and will even work with the next renting individual to try to make the necessary arrangements, but we must know as soon as possible. Extensions will incur additional rental amounts, which will be due immediately upon contact with our offices, as well as potential additional fees, depending on circumstances.
